When you arrive in the U.S. you have 10 days to inform AWE of your U.S. address by filling

out the following form:

   REGISTER YOUR ARRIVAL AND U.S. ADDRESS FOR SEVIS

If you change your U.S. employer or U.S. address at any time while you are on the program,

you must inform AWE immediately by completing the following form:

   ADDRESS/ EMPLOYER CHANGE FORM
