American Work Experience (AWE) provides young people from around the world with the opportunity to experience the United States in a way that is both fun and educational. As a designated sponsor of a J-1 cultural exchange program, AWE offers people aged 18 to 28 a variety of unique options to work and travel in the U.S. for a four-month period during their summer holiday.

American Work Experience is dedicated to providing a quality cultural exchange experience for all who take part in our program. We strive to ensure each participant has the most successful and memorable summer ever by providing excellent individualized service and ensuring each applicant is matched with a job or camp position which is appropriate to his or her skills and experiences. Opportunities exist with a variety of handpicked employers as well as summer camps throughout the U.S. Applicants have their choice of several programs tailored to meet their individual needs.
