AWE and Camp employers have become concerned about the number of staff who accept a placement and are granted a visa, but fail to arrive at camp. This causes great difficulties for the camp and may even result in campers being told that they cannot have their holiday due to a lack of suitably qualified staff.

This fee will be refunded in full to you by AWE at the successful end of your placement. No refund of this fee will be made if you cancel your application within 30 days of your start date; do not arrive at your placement. A full refund will not be made if you are fired for any reason or if you leave your placement without giving your employer 10 days notice. The only exception will be in the case of a medical emergency as confirmed by a Doctor's Letter that has been verified by your Camp Director or AWE Representative.

OTHER EXPENSES THAT YOU MUST BUDGET FOR:
  • travel to the interview
  • costs related to providing the required documentation and/or translation
